Whoa.
Ummm.... Shouldn't you have a disclaimer on that indicating if you, your funds, or family members are long or short those contracts???
Nigel, my formal reply to your comment is: as far as I can tell, my mention of the existence of a contract on TradeSports requires no such disclaimer.
But you say "you can buy...". Shouldn't you at least have the disclaimer that it is not an offer to buy or sell the securities... :-)
Nigel, you're right that "you can buy or sell" or "there is" would have been better formulations.
Depending upon circumstances of formal usage, TradeSports contracts aren't even securities.
Just trying to keep you out of trouble (and myself amused).
Nigel, moreso the latter than the former, I'm sure - a serious attempt to keep me out of trouble would involve a telephone call, not a blog comment!
