Wednesday: morning 1.0hr. run (zone 2/zone 3 on RPE); evening 0.75hr. run (zone 2/zone 3 on RPE - primarily zone 3)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Friday: morning 1.0hr. run (zone 2 on RPE)
Saturday: upper body weights
Sunday: 0.85hr. run (zone 4 - segment of marathon relay) and 1.67hr. walking
At Wednesday Night Run Club there was a group of 3 people looking for a 4th to complete their relay team roster at the Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon
; I signed on. It was a beautiful morning on Sunday; my thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, and organizers on a great event. We were the third "mixed" relay team, so we each received a little plaque!
